Hi there, I'm Madeleine
I provide individual therapy for women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, health issues, burnout, parenting, relationship issues and life transitions. Beyond offering a listening ear, I help you uncover insights that support meaningful, lasting change—so you can move forward living more freely and authentically.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and friendly. I utilize a range of methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered and psychodynamic. I foster a safe, collaborative space to explore your story, build coping strategies and improve relationships. You don’t have to filter yourself or have everything figured out—just come as you are.
When I'm not working with clients I am spending time outside, walking in the woods, enjoying time with my family, supporting local art and theater or trying out a new craft project.
